The first lemming must build up to the steel block on the right starting from the seventh brick from the left. Three lemmings may keep walking under the metal block while the ramp is being completely and will be killed by a hidden Pounder Trap.
Send a Climber to the left while one lemming left behind builds a ramp towards the right using one Builder skill starting from the fifth brick from the left. The climber must dig down the longest column of bricks, but before he goes completely through, build to turn him around and then have him dig again.
Once the Climber is under the last pillar of steel, have it build a ramp using all remaining Builder skills. Once this safety net is finished, raise the release rate to 99 and select one lemming heading left under the builder's ramp to dig through the platform and release them all. Those lemmings should fall safely to ground level and walk to exit. The Climber can't be saved and will fall in the quicksand.
Have the first lemming start building at two mortar lines left from the floating steel blocks, and have the next two build right behind it. Send a Climber to the left, then have one lemming left behind build a ramp going left, starting from the sixth brick from the left. Have the Climber dig down the longest column of bricks, but starting as close as possible to the second steel pillar from the left. Just before he breaks through, build to stop him, after he places down two steps, have him dig down again. This will create a step that will reduce the fall of your lemmings, allowing them to reach ground level safely. Complete the builder's ramp to let your lemmings drop down to the exit.
