Almost all terrains in the various Lemmings games have a liquid that lemmings can drown in. Lemmings 2: The Tribes introduces water skills that allow lemmings to get through pools alive. In The Lemmings Chronicles they can pick up a lifesaver tool which will allow them to swim for its duration.
