Value each moment is the fourteenth level of Taxing in the Genesis/Megadrive port of Lemmings.

Strategy[]

Use the builders to slow down Lemming #2 and Lemming #4. Lemming #1 will become a bomber to mitigate the splat height from the first balcony. Lemming #3 will become a bomber to blow through the floor before the first masher. Make sure the first half of Lemming #3's crater blows through the square of bricks, in order to break the fall. You may only use two of the bombers, to save the required 96%.
