Underground City is the twenty-fifth level of the Present difficulty in the Genesis/Mega Drive port of Lemmings.
Strategy[]
Build a zig-zag series of bridges to get to the top. Aim for the top of the upper-most group of 3 brown stairs. You need to be able to bash beneath the one-way pillar, so plan carefully. Bash across the level, and use another basher through the top-most bridge you built to stop the crowd from following the basher toward the exit. Raise the release rate, since time is critical on this level. Once the basher is done, walk to the plank above the exit. Aim a right-bound miner such that both the miner and the rest of the lemmings will fall onto at least one of the steps on that mini-staircase above the exit. The lemmings can fall safely from the mini-staircase, but cannot safely fall from a miner's tunnel through the plank if you don't use the mini-staircase to assist. Repair the bridge gap you cut with the remaining builder and release the crowd, once the path is complete
