Under construction is the twenty-third level of the Fun difficulty in the Genesis/Mega Drive port of Lemmings. It takes the place of the level I've lost that Lemming feeling from the original game.
Strategy[]
The strategy to level 9 of the Present difficulty, "Fix the Road, Quick" will work as well, but here you can start with two blockers available to contain the crowd, blowing up one when you are ready to release them. You also have terrain removal tasks that can make a shortcut, so it isn't all building.
