Under and Up. is the 3rd level of the 8th column in Lemmings Revolution.
Strategy[]
Have one lemming coming out of the entrance build twice to get over the Teleporter and into the tank of lava (which will quickly be drained thanks to a Weasel passing through a Laser Gate. Two lemmings will be lost to the Crab before the Timed Door is activated, but you can ignore them. When your lemmings reach the other side of the tank, build as many times as needed to both get out of the tank and over the other Teleporter standing before the Balloon. If any lemmings fall into that Teleporter, they will appear in an enclosed area just below. Build once to the left to reach the steel platform where the exit Teleporter is located and enter its left side.
100% strategy[]
Have the first two lemmings build over the Teleporter right behind each other while the third lemming mines away the bottom of their stairs, trapping the other lemmings behind. You can let one of these lemmings fall into the right side of the Teleporter, but if the lead lemming turns around, immediately make it build again so he hits his head and turns back right. The lemming that dropped into the Teleporter must mine into the steel where the Crab stands so that he turns back left. He will pass through the Timed Door a second time, triggering it to close shut and enter the right of the Teleporter. This will cause him to exit on the left side of the first Teleporter, collide with the initial ramps, and re-enter the Teleporter. The moment he lands, make him build, which will cause him to re-enter the Teleporter, and exit from the first Teleporter heading towards the tank.
Meanwhile, have your Trailblazer build both out of the tank and over the next Teleporter to reach the Balloon. Use your last Builder skill to have your lemmings build out of their containment and head towards the Balloon.
