The Fast Food Kitchen... is the fifteenth level of the Mayhem difficulty in Lemmings.
Strategy[]
Another food themed stage? This place does not resemble a fast food kitchen at all. In fact, we have been here before two difficulties earlier. Maybe the level designer was hungry...well, no matter...
As before, you have two trapdoors, and one exit at the center. The start of the solution is no different from the previous solution of this level - two Blockers at the end of the floating isles. Allow two Lemmings to bash through the rock, and set up two more Blockers behind them. This is important as these two trailblazers will build the staircases to the exit. 10 Builder abilities will be more than enough. Set the release rate to 99 anyway.
What makes this level hard is the time limit. If you do both sides one by one, you WILL run out of time. Therefore you shall have to multitask, and build the two ramps simultaneously on both side. Since your screen is large enough to accommodate the edges of the two islands and the exit, this does not seem that difficult, but you mustn't let either Builders fall to their death. So, pick a side, and start building the ramp there a little bit earlier than you do the other side - this way you'll have time to re-apply the Builder skills once one of them runs out of rungs (if your reflexes are quick enough, you can just let them build simultaneously).
When both ramps are complete, blow up the two inner Blockers and let the crowd loose (Or dig under them if you can). You may nuke the leftover Blockers if you want, or just wait till the time runs out. With 96% saved (96 out of 100), you are well within the required number.
100% solution[]
Youtuber metroidmaster88 has demonstrated that it is possible to save 100% of all Lemmings on the SNES version. Their solution involves trapping both groups of Lemmings in pits made by turning the first Lemming of each entrance into a Digger. Once the pit is deep enough, the Diggers can be stopped with one Builder skill each. Climbers are sent from each entrance to bash through the rocks and build to the central exit using only three Builder skills each. Lemmings can be released from their respectful pits by using the last two remaining Builder skills.

- This map is also used in level 10 of the Tricky difficulty, There's a lot of them about.
- This is the last level to use the track Tim 2 on most platforms. However, in the Super NES version, the track plays one more time in SUNSOFT Level 2, SUNSOFT SPECIAL 2 (I am A.T.)
