Teach me Lights, Teleport and Cloner is the fifth and final level of the Trial difficulty in Lemmings (PS3).
This level is playable on the demo version of Lemmings. As the fifth level of the Trial difficulty, this level requires the player to win at least two levels from the Trial difficulty to be unlocked.
Strategy[]
This tutorial level is intended to teach the player how to use Teleporters and Cloning Machines, as well as how to navigate in dark levels.
The Lemmings enter the level from the left portion. Ahead of them are four pillars, each with a passageway beneath it. Between each pair of consecutive pillars, there is a torch that will be lit when a Lemming walks past it. Beyond the fourth pillar is a dead end, so the first Lemming must be made a Blocker underneath it to protect the others.
The third pillar has a red Teleporter on top of it. Make the leftmost Lemming a Blocker underneath the second pillar, so that the only Walker will turn to the third pillar. Assign a Builder to the Walker right before it reaches the third pillar's passageway; this will cover the passageway, allowing the Lemming to climb the pillar. Assign a Climber to the Lemming to make it do so.
Once it reaches the Teleporter, the Lemming will be moved to a platform above the pillars. It will pick up an additional Builder skill. On the platform, there are two other Teleporters: a green one, and a blue one. Assign a Builder skill to the Lemming right before it enters the green Teleporter; if it enters this Teleporter, the Lemming is taken to a room with a statue that will swing its axe to kill the Lemming. Use your last remaining Builder skill if you assigned the previous one too early.
The Lemming will enter the blue Teleporter, taking it to a room with a grid line. The Lemming will walk up the grid to reach the top of the room, which has a Cloning Machine. The Cloning Machine will make a clone of the Lemming, including its Climber skill. Both Lemmings will then reach the Exit portal ahead. Depending on how you timed your Builder skills in the level, you might have a Builder skill left over.
