Swarthy Seadogs! is the 7th level of the 7th column in Lemmings Revolution.
Strategy[]
Make the first lemming mine after dropping out of the entrance then raise the release rate to 99. Once the Miner's tunnel is deep enough to turn lemmings around, make him build to stop and turn him around. The lead lemming will flip the Switch which will drain the water tank to the left and provide all your lemmings refuge from the incoming Shredder.
Send an Athlete to the left and let him drop to the middle platform. Have him mine before the idle Shredder until he hits the steel and turns around. Make him build once to the right to create a safety net for the other lemmings. Let him drop to ground level and have him mine to get under the next Switch he encounters. When his tunnel is deep enough to get under the switch (but not so deep so no lemming can walk out of it) make him build to turn him around. Then build up to the middle platform to create another safety net.
Wait until the mobile Shredder is starting to move away from the empty water tank where the lemmings are contained. Then have a lemming build once to the left to enable all your lemmings to exit the tank and reach the Balloon.
