Sometimes up.. sometimes down. is the 5th level of the 3rd column in Lemmings Revolution.
Strategy[]
Wait until the first lemming of each entrance has dropped one platform (the regular lemmings will first pass through an Anti-Gravity Pad) and turn it into a Blocker. Every first lemming to drop another platform must be made into a Blocker until each group can safely reach its Balloon. You'll only need three Blockers per group. Raise the release rate to 99 once there is a safe path for each group, then nuke the Blockers once enough lemmings have been saved.
