Quickly order the first Lemming to be a Builder when he reaches the edge of that marble brick. You shall lose two Lemmings (there are no Blockers), but that's acceptable. Use one Digger at the stairs to prevent Lemmings from walking back into the acid, and one Builder skill to make him stop digging. You still have four.
All right, the first pole can be taken out by using a Climber, and turning him to a Digger when he reaches the top of the pole. Don't forget to give him a Builder ability once the pole has been cleared. He should finish building just as he arrives at the next pole and not turn around.
Let the second pole remain intact, and go for the third pole. Once again, when your Climber is on the top, use Digger skill and then Builder skill. Two Builder skills left.
Let the fourth pole remain intact, and go for the fifth pole. Strategy is the same - no more Digger skills, and only one Builder skill left. Once your Lemming is ready, use two Basher skills on the two last poles, and use up the last Builder skill to reach the exit's platform.
You should have two Basher skills left - use them accordingly to get your Lemmings through the two intact poles. Level completed.
