NO PROBLEM is the eighteenth level of the Crazy difficulty, featured in Oh No! More Lemmings.
Strategy[]
The first lemming bashes through the wall of bubbles and then mines through the starting platform to reach the elevated area of the lower level. It is important that lemmings land on that elevated area to survive the fall, but also after the second joint of the pipe to avoid getting fried by the Plasma Ray Trap. Three lemmings will be lost before they reach the lower level: the first will turn around in the Basher's tunnel and fall into the bubbly water, the second will walk out of the Miner's tunnel and get killed by the Vacuum Tube Trap, and the third will turn around in the Miner's tunnel, also falling into the bubbly water.
Once the second lemming in line has dropped off the elevated area of the lower level, turn it into a Blocker to hold the others back while the first lemming builds over the bubbly water (this should require three Builder skills). Raise the release rate to 99. Once across, have the Trailblazer mine and bash through the terrain to bypass the many poles standing in the way. Bomb the Blocker while the Trailblazer is mining. This way, all lemmings should make it to the exit with 32 seconds to spare.

The first lemming bashes through the wall of bubbles. The second lemming turns around; make him build left from the very edge of the starting platform. He will run into the left edge of the level, which acts as a wall. While this lemming is building, go back to the first lemming, who should be finishing his bash. Have him mine down to the elevated area of the lower level, such that he lands near the third joint. Place a blocker near the start of the miner's tunnel to restrain the crowd. The trailblazer then builds over the bubbly water using the remaining three builder skills. Raise the release rate to 99 and carefully mine under the blocker, freeing him and the rest of the crowd. Note that it can be done on the Macintosh platform.
