Moving Targets is the twelfth level of the Hard difficulty in Lemmings Touch. As part of the third column of Hard, it is unlocked after at least five stars are attained from levels in the second column.
Strategy[]
The Lemmings begin on top of a flat surface, walking to its end to fall onto a slidable platform beside it. Assign a Blocker to the first Lemming immediately after it lands. Assign a Blocker to the second Lemming at the slidable platform's right edge. Assign a Blocker to another Lemming, once there is a single Lemming between it and the rightmost Blocker. Assign a Blocker to one more Lemming, once there is a single Lemming between it and the middle Blocker. All other Lemmings will fall between the two leftmost Blockers. Set the release rate to its maximum setting.
Move the slidable platform as far right as it can go. It will loom above an object with two Cannons on it. Ahead, there is another slidable platform. Aim both Cannons so that each launches Lemmings onto this slidable platform. Assign an Exploder to the rightmost Blocker to free the single Lemming behind it. Once this Lemming is on the slidable platform, move it right; it will reach a red structure with a wall. Assign a Basher to the Lemming next to this wall. It will enter a red switch inside; pressing this switch's button opens a door at the structure's right side.
Move the slidable platform back left. Assign an Exploder to the rightmost remaining Blocker to free the Lemming behind it. Once this Lemming is on the slidable platform, move it back to the red structure. Assign a Builder to the Lemming shortly ahead of the terminal switch so that it can reach the door. Behind this door, there is another slidable platform; once the Lemming is on this slidable, move it right toward another platform. This platform's right edge meets with yet another slidable platform; once the Lemming is on this slidable, as far right as it can go.
The slidable will reach a platform made of one-way material. Beyond a gap at its right edge, there is a structure with a green door. Assign a Builder to the Lemming to bridge this gap. Once it turns left, assign a Builder to it near the platform's left edge to get it back onto the slidable. At its current position, the slidable looms above a lower object with a green terminal switch on it. Allow the Lemming to fall and enter it. Pressing this switch's button opens the green door. Move all slidable platforms back left, except for the leftmost slidable.
Assign an Exploder to the remaining right Blocker to free all walking Lemmings. Assign a Blocker to whichever Lemming lands on the second-leftmost slidable first, then assign a Blocker to any Lemming at its right edge. Once all other Lemmings are between these Blockers, move the slidable back to the red structure. Assign an Exploder to the rightmost Blocker. Quickly move the second-rightmost slidable to the right once all walking Lemmings are on it. Then, quickly move the rightmost slidable to the right once those Lemmings are on it. These Lemmings will walk onto the platform and reach the Exit behind the green door.
