In the PC MS-DOS Demo Version, there are only 2 levels. They are:

The Medieval Tribe appears in Lemmings: The Puzzle Adventure for mobile devices as a Season 1 tribe.

Sir Lemalot, based on Knight of the Round Table Sir Lancelot.

Rob, based on the folk hero Robin Hood.

King Lem, whose description is a reference to The Lord of the Rings.
