Mayhem may refer to:

Lemmings[]

On the Sega Genesis and a few other subsequent ports, it is followed by the difficulty Present. The Genesis/Mega Drive port contains 12 additional exclusive levels, some of which were ported from Oh No! More Lemmings and converted into the original game's tilesets.

Lemmings: The Puzzle Adventure[]

Each tribe-lemming character from a non-current season has an associated mayhem level which can be played in exchange for a ticket. Successfully completing the level grants 1000 XP and a special rewards spin.

Mayhem levels also fall under one of the five (5) following types, each coming with its own set of restrictions that transforms the original mechanics of the challenge.

  1. "Energy saving" restricts energy use to a limit
  2. "Quick play" renders the level in fast forward
  3. "Time attack" adds a time limit
  4. "Time frenzy" adds a time limit while enabling resurrecting lemmings
  5. "Portal madness" randomizes all portals
