Looks a Bit Nippy Out There is the nineteenth level of Havoc, featured in Oh No! More Lemmings
Strategy[]
Make the first lemming into a Builder when he lands on the small ledge located near the bottom of the tight space between the two floating icebergs. The second lemming should also be made a Builder the moment he lands, which will seal the tight space completely and make him turn left while all the other lemmings walk into a tight pit in the right floating iceberg. One of the lemmings trapped in that pit must bash to the left to reach the other lemmings that have fallen in the tight space earlier. Meanwhile, the Trailblazer heading left must build to the nearest icicle starting just a little before halfway down the left floating iceberg. He'll collide and walk to the right so when he reaches the bottom of his ramp, have it mine down to reach the trapped lemmings and merge back with the crowd as they ascend.
Have one lemming build left to reach the remaining tip of the left floating iceberg. The first lemming to reach the top must dig down where the right side of his tunnel will turn lemmings around and make them walk out to the left. When that's accomplished, have one lemming build left to reach the snow above the steel. One lemming must now bash through the snow while another mines through the last ramp to ensure no one follows. Raise the release rate to 99 and when your new Trailblazer is standing above the exit's doorway, have it dig down. Once the Digger jumps into the exit, repair the Miner's hole in the ramp and watch all your lemmings enter the exit.
Alternate strategy[]
Make the first lemming into a Builder when he lands on the small ledge located near the bottom of the tight space between the two floating icebergs. Raise the release rate to 99, wait until 70 lemmings have entered the level, then lower the release rate back to 30. The seventy-ninth lemming must build the moment he lands to seal off the tight space completely, which will also cause him to turn left. The last lemming will continue walking and be stuck in the narrow pit to the right.
The seventy-ninth lemming must dig when he's on the left side of the left floating iceberg's peak and let him shave off six pixels worth of snow. Then make him bash to stop digging, let him walk halfway down the floating iceberg then make him build to the second nearest icicle (you may need to stretch out his ramp to prevent him from hitting his head). While he's busy, turn the lemming trapped to the right into a Climber while he's walking left. Have the Climber build when he's at the bottom of the Digger's tunnel so that he can reach the snow above the steel floor. Once he reaches it, have him bash through. Make him a Digger when he's above the exit's doorway to clear the snow blocking.
Keep an eye on your seventy-ninth lemming. Once he has reached the icicle and is walking back right, make it mine down to free the other lemmings stuck in the tight space. Once the snow in front of the exit has been excavated, have one lemming build up to the remaining tip of the left floating iceberg. They should all reach the exit with about forty seconds to spare.

Trivia[]
- This is one of two Havoc levels where the exit is partially buried, the other being Have an ice day.
- Coincidentally, both are Snow style levels.
