Lemming about town is the eighth level of Havoc, featured in Oh No! More Lemmings
Strategy[]
Send an Athlete over the brick wall to the left and have it mine into the first square space so that he hits his head and turns right. Have it build to reach the platform starting from the edge and raise the release rate to 99. Have the Athlete build once to get over the gap but turn it into a Digger when he's on the fifth block and have it build to turn it back left.
Mine down to reach each lower floor, starting from the joint between the fourth and fifth blocks. When mining to reach the lemmings held back, start from the joint between the third and fourth blocks instead so that the lemmings don't immediately walk up the tunnel. Let the Athlete climb up the wall again and he will hit his head on the previously built ramp and float back down heading right. When the Athlete has begun walking back up the tunnels, have one lemming from the hoard build right so they can all follow him. The Athlete in the lead should build once to reach the exit, which all lemmings should reach with 21 seconds to spare.
