For the lower entrance, make a Lemming a Bomber, and make another Lemming a Bomber a few pixels further to the right. This will cause a resulting gap that lets the Lemmings turn left.
For the upper entrance, turn the first Lemming into a Climber. Mine when the Lemming has reached one of the first girder. It will hit steel and turn back left. Make the Lemming bash through the one-way pillar.
Increase the release rate to 99. Make the first Lemming from the upper entrance that reaches the girder dig, so they will all safely reach the exit.
Note that these access codes are of little use as this level can be accessed from the main menu by setting the difficulty to Wicked.
