It's a trade off is the thirteenth level of the Crazy difficulty, featured in Oh No! More Lemmings.
Strategy[]
Turn the first lemming into an Athlete while the second lemming digs down after taking a few steps. Raise the release rate to 99 so that all lemmings can make it down to ground level safely. When the Athlete approaches the largest (third) hole in the wall, have it mine down and wait for it to climb up the wall and fall back down heading left. Mine again to reach the narrow space below. Mining into the larger hole is crucial as lemmings move a lot slower as Miners than as Walkers. The less time they spend mining, the faster they move. Let the Athlete walk all the way the left so that it can mine through the wall holding the other lemmings back. Turn it into a Builder once it breaks through to stop it from tunneling out of the map. All lemmings should make to the exit with roughly 18 seconds to spare.
