I Believe I Can Fly is the third level of the Tutorial difficulty in Lemmings Touch. As the third part of the Tutorial, it is unlocked directly after the completion of Open Door Policy. Once it is completed, Climb Cross Fall is unlocked.
Strategy[]
Before the level starts, the game announces the next lesson, on Cannons, and instructs the player to touch the Entrance. The Lemmings spawn into a small space with a destructible floor beneath it. The game instructs the player to assign a Digger to any Lemming. This opens a route for the Lemmings to enter the middle floor, beyond the edge of which there is a Cannon.
The game freezes when Lemmings reach the middle floor, instructing the player to position the Cannon so that it is aimed above a nearby wall. The game unfreezes when the Cannon is positioned at a suitable angle. The Lemmings will be launched onto the bottom floor beyond the wall. The game will freeze again, instructing the player to assign a Blocker to the rightmost Lemming. After this, move the release rate slider to its maximum value. All the Lemmings will reach the Exit.

- The level's name is a reference to the song "I Believe I Can Fly" by R. Kelly.
- The skill cloud in this level only highlights and shows the quantity of the skill the tutorial instructs the player to use. Specifically, when selecting a Lemming to Dig through the floor, the Blocker icon appears as if it has no Blockers to use, despite a Blocker skill being included in the level.
