How To Get Ahead in Lemmings is the third level of the Taxing difficulty in Lemmings Touch. As part of the first column of Taxing, it is unlocked after at least fifty stars are attained from levels in the Tricky difficulty.
Strategy[]
The Lemmings spawn at the level's left portion, surrounded by two walls. The right wall is destructible; assign a Basher to the first Lemming when it is next to this wall. Allow the Basher and the Lemming directly behind it to walk past, and assign a Blocker to the next Lemming behind them both. Beyond the wall, there is a switch terminal. One Lemming will enter the switch; press its button to open the doors at the other side of this room.
One door is on top of an indestructible block; assign a Builder to the remaining Lemming ahead of this block, and do so again when it runs out of stairs, ensuring it reaches the block's top. Above the right end of the room beyond it, there is a platform with the Exit portal. Assign a Builder to the Lemming well before it reaches that point; four more Builder skills will be needed to reach the platform's top. While the Builder is building its last staircase, assign a Miner to any Lemming facing the Blocker. Assign a Builder to the Miner to stop it from mining. All Lemmings will be able to walk to the Exit.
