Floater is a skill that can be given to a lemming. It is the second of the eight skills available in Lemmings, as well as the Classic Tribe in Lemmings 2. A floater has the capability to survive a fall of any height by using an umbrella. The floater is a permanent skill - once assigned to a lemming, it has that skill for the rest of the level.
