This level can be diabolically hard, as it requires 100% saving and high precision. The positioning of the two flamethrowers can make this level nearly unbeatable. Time is also short, but that's the least of your concerns...
Apply two Climbers quickly. When they have reached the top of the wall, order the first Lemming to start building the staircase, while you need to turn the second one around. Use a Miner skill on it when it is nearing the steel block. When it hits steel, it'll turn back. Now then, use another Miner skill on it, so it can tunnel its way down to its friends and create a passage to the exit.
Now the REAL fun begins. The ramp MUST end above the right nostril of the demon pig-faced exit - your Lemmings must fall in front of its right nostril. If you aim for the space between the two nostrils, that's also fine. This will require at least three Builders, even if you stretch out the ramp. There is NOT much room to mess up - if you undershoot it, you lose. If you overshoot it, you lose. If you feel your ramp is too long, apply a Digger skill, when your Builder is right halfway between the demon-pig's two nostrils. You have only one chance here...if you fail, you have to start all over again. And you'll probably need lots of attempts on this one.
