Revisiting another good old level from "Tricky" difficulty? Maybe it was too easy that time. Let's make it harder...!!!
The start is very akin to the "Tricky" difficulty variant, however, this time, send the first Lemming as a Climber, then set up a Blocker behind him. Set release rate up to 99 as you have little time. When the Climber Lemming reaches that slimey pile-thingy, use a Builder skill to turn him back, then a Basher skill at the one-way rock. Keep the Blocker alive for now, as your leader Lemming has some building to do.
You have VERY few Builder skills here, which means, you have to build the staircases a lot more sparingly. First, let the Lemming walk down that slime-bridge onto the rock, and start building the staircase only when the Lemming has passed the summit and starts wandering down. You need two Builder skills to reach that small piece of earth below. Start building another two staircases to that sunken rock's summit. Finally, use the last Builder skill for one last staircase from that sunken rock to the exit's land.
When your Lemming reaches the sunken rock, bomb the Blocker, and let the swarm wander on. To be precise, detonate the Blocker when the timer reaches 1:10, so you can be perfectly sure you have enough time to fulfill the stage. If you set the release rate to 99 early, this should be no problem. If you do hesitate too much, and fail...you just have to try again.
