Don't leave any Lemmings is the twenty-first level of Tricky in the Genesis/Megadrive port of Lemmings.
Strategy[]
Use blocker/bombers to blow your way between the chambers throughout the level, and reconstruct with builders as necessary. You are required to save 25 lemmings, so you cannot use the last 5 of your blockers or bombers. First go down/right, then down/left. Then up/left, with builders to assist raising the blocker/bomber as high as possible. Repeat another up/left path with a build/block/bomb combination. Set a blocker/bomber at the top of the stairs by the exit to blow your way through. Reconstruct with builders. Set a blocker to turn around, and build to the exit.
