DON'T PANIC is the nineteenth level of the Crazy difficulty, featured in Oh No! More Lemmings.
Strategy[]
The first lemming digs to the right of the entrance to safely reach the elevated ground below (one lemmings may turn back and be killed by the Plasma Ray Trap). Then turn him into a Blocker to stop your lemmings from falling into the bubbly water while the next lemming builds up to the two platforms to the left (using one Builder skill each). Once the second platform is reached, the first lemming in line should also be turned into a Blocker to stop more lemmings from going into the trap, then build up to the large platform that stretches above the exit.
Raise the release rate to 99 and send a Climber over the one-way wall. When he turns around, have it bash through the one-way wall and turn two lemmings into Bombers while they're heading right just as they've passed under the one-way wall. This should break through the platform and let the other lemmings reach the exit. Nuke the remaining Blockers.
Alternate strategy[]
Make the second lemming a blocker left of the Entrance Portal while the first goes on to become the Trailblazer. The target of the Plasma Ray Trap is just to the right of the ledge, so build over that point. Use two more builders to get on top of the enclosed fence, and another to turn around if necessary. Build over the gap above the bubbly liquid, dig about halfway into the pipe, then bash to the exit. Bomb the blocker, which will be the only loss.
