DIG FOR VICTORY is the 8th level of the Mayhem difficulty and the 53rd level overall in the ZX Spectrum and Amstrad CPC ports of Lemmings, not to be confused with the Oh No! More Lemmings level, DIGGING FOR VICTORY.
Strategy[]
Have the first lemming build to the right pillar when he's on the edge of the starting platform to prevent any lemming from falling to their death. The first lemming to turn left and make it to the edge of the left middle platform must build to the left pillar. One lemming will walk off the ramp before it is complete, this is inevitable.
When your lead lemming has turned around after colliding with the pillar, make him a Floater and let him walk off the fourth platform. The first lemming behind him must be made a Digger on the fourth platform so that the lemmings can drop onto the fifth platform and then safely to ground level. You can stall your Digger further by making him bash when he's about to break through the platform. This should give enough time for your Floater to build over the hole located on ground level, starting from the tip of the broken pillar so that it creates a bridge to the other side. This way your lemmings will collide with the right pillar and turn around towards the exit. Raise the release rate to 99.
