Bomb not bash is the sixth level of the Taxing difficulty in Lemmings (PS3).
This level requires the full version of Lemmings to be played. As the sixth level of the Taxing difficulty, it also requires the player to win at least three levels from the Taxing difficulty to be unlocked.
Strategy[]
The Lemmings spawn directly above a long, hollow destructible box atop a platform. Assign a Miner to the second Lemming to emerge, so that the Lemmings can be contained within it. Assign the Climber and the Floater to the Lemming who was allowed ahead. Below the platform, there is an indestructible floor with seven Floater Collectibles on it. The Climber will pick one of these up.
Also on the indestructible floor, there is a tall box with a Blocker Collectible behind it. The Climber will climb the box and collect it. Shortly beyond the Climber's landing point, the indestructible floor ends and a destructible floor takes its place. Assign the Digger skill to the Climber as soon as it is walking on the destructible floor.
When the Climber falls, it will land on another floor. This floor has two Blocker Collectibles at its left, and a snapping trap at its right. Immediately assign the Miner to the Climber, which will allow it to create a path down to yet another floor, which has the Exit.
Back at the box containing the Lemmings, assign the Bomber to any Lemming and make sure it explodes at the right wall of the box. All the Lemmings will drop down onto the indestructible floor and pick up the remaining six Floater Collectibles. Any Lemming that walks beyond the left edge of the floor will fall into an acid pool, so assign the Blocker to a Lemming at that spot.
Assign the Floater skills to all of the walking Lemmings. To get the Lemmings past the box, assign the Basher to any Lemming next to it. All the Lemmings will walk through the paths and float down safely to the Exit. Two Builders will remain in the Ability Panel.
