Anger, Love, Hate is the 2nd level of the 12th column in Lemmings Revolution.
Strategy[]
Reduce the release rate to 1 and have the first lemming build twice starting when he's about halfway across the starting platform. Meanwhile, make the second lemming an Athlete so he scales the steel wall and make him build once on top. By now, the third lemming will be approaching the left edge of the starting platform so have him build towards the dirt wall to seal the gap. When the Athlete has finished his ramp, assign him another Builder skill but also make him a Bomber just as he's about to place his third tile. He should explode just as his ramp is located directly above the small dirt platform below.
Send three more Athletes to the right, and assign Bomber skills to the first two when they are standing on the last tile of the ramp above the dirt platform. The latter should now be blown through, allowing the third Athlete to flip the Switch which will close the large Retractable Door (the third Athlete will then walk off the steel platform and die). Assign a Climber skill to one of the lemmings held back and make him a Bomber when he's about halfway up the steel wall. This should clear a hole through the first Athlete's ramp. Finally, have a lemming complete the ramp leading to the steel wall and assign Floater skills as needed to prevent lemmings from dying from the fall. Raise the release rate to 99 so your lemmings make it to the Balloon on time.

Youtuber pirohiko has demonstrated that it is possible to save 100% on this level by exploiting the bugs in the game.
Make the second lemming an Athlete then raise the release rate to 99. When the Athlete is on top of the steel wall, make him build twice, while the first lemming builds to the wall to the left and seals off the chasm. The Athlete will then drop onto the steel platform below where from the edge he must build until he is turned around by the closed Retractable Wall (he should be heading back left when he's finished). Meanwhile, have the first lemming build twice to begin the ramp out of their containment. Afterwards if he merges back with the group, have the last lemming in line build a safety start starting from the steel wall going left which will also separate him from the others.
When your Athlete has walked back down his ramp and reaches the left edge of the small steel platform, make him build back to the steel wall to turn him around and make him flip the Switch. Then when he returns to the top of his ramp make him build so that he climbs through the Retractable Door heading left. Then immediately begin building a taller safety net for the other lemmings until he hits his head on his first ramp (stretching out the ramp will be needed) and turns back right towards the Balloon. Then have the lemming isolated from the others complete the ramp out of the containment area. All lemmings will then enter the Balloon with about 58 seconds to spare.
