A group of entrances is the twenty-third level of the Mayhem difficulty in the Genesis/Mega Drive port of Lemmings. It took the place of the level Going up... from the original.
Strategy[]
Place a blocker at the left edge of the steel for the right group of lemmings. With the left group of lemmings, bash through the pillar, and dig through the left edge of the right arrow one-way wall. Switch to a basher, to bash away the entire right-arrow wall and bricks in between, to make way so the right group has a chance to bash out. This concludes what you need to do with the left group, and they are free to walk in to the exit.
Meanwhile, with the right group, build to the level of the platform on the right, and bash through the pillar. Build a zigzag bridge to get as high as possible, and terminating on the left wall. Send a climber up the left wall to the staircase above, and turn-around on the arrow wall. Mine to cut a ramp for the remaining lemmings to walk to the staircase, aiming for the top of the zigzag bridge. The climber will unfortunately climb up the right wall and have no floater to survive the fall, so the climber and initial blocker be the two lemmings who die. With the remaining right group lemmings, bash through the arrow wall and walk to the exit.
100% Strategy[]
The strategy with the left group remains exactly the same. For the right group, instead of using a blocker to contain the right group of lemmings, use a builder instead. You can position a right-bound builder at exactly the right position at the top of one of the stars, such that the leftbound lemmings cannot climb the stairs. Then use exactly 1 builder's bridge, to build to the level of the platform to the right. What "exactly 1 bridge" means, is that you should see the builder shrug, just after the bridge's 12th tile touches the pillar. We will have two additional bridges that are exactly 1 bridge length. The basher will cut through to the platform, and will come to stop naturally, as his tunnel will become less than half his height.
You'll the build a zigzag bridge. The first bridge is leftbound and is exactly 1 bridge to the pillar. The second bridge of the zigzag is rightbound, and is also exactly 1 bridge length. However, hold off on building the second bridge, because we will time it strategically. Eventually, the zigzag bridge will be completed with the 3rd and 4th bridge which are both leftbound, once the second bridge is complete.
After the first bridge of the zigzag is complete, assign a climber to climb to the upper level. Let the climber turn around, and mine through as much material as possible. Strategically time the second bridge of the zigzag, such that when the climber returns and catches up with the builder, the bridge will not quite be complete and he will fall through the gap. But also allow this bridge to be complete, so that the climber bumps his head and turns around. When the climber returns to the one-way arrows, bash through to complete the tunnel through the double one-way wall. With the remaining lemmings, complete the 3rd and 4th bridge of the zigzag, to complete the path to the exit for everyone.
