A change of direction is the second level of the Tricky difficulty in Lemmings (PS3).
This level requires the full version of Lemmings to be played. Aside from this constraint, it is unlocked from the start.
Strategy[]
The Lemmings spawn on a long box floating above acid; they are walking right. Ahead of them is a pair of bumps protruding from the floor: the first one short, and the second larger. Past these, there is a tall pole with two Builder skills beside it. Past the pole, there is a Teleporter that moves Lemmings directly to the left of the Entrance portal, where there is a Basher skill.
Make the first Lemming a Climber and a Floater, so that it can safely cross the pole and pick up all of the skills. When the fourth Lemming reaches the large bump in the floor, assign a Basher to it. Assign a Builder to this Lemming when it is near the other end of the bump. The fifth Lemming will turn around and begin walking left, with the second and third Lemmings far behind it.
Beyond the left edge of the box, there is another platform, bounded by a wall and separated from the box by a gap. Assign a Builder to the fifth Lemming as soon as it reaches the left edge. If another Lemming is too close before the staircase is finished, assign a Builder to it as well, to stall it. Once the gap is closed, make any Lemming a Basher when it is next to the wall. All Lemmings will reach the Exit portal on the platform. Depending on how many Builders used, the player might have one Builder skill left.
